Terms and Conditions

• The Campaign is open exclusively to New-To-Bank Public Bank AIA (“PB-AIA Credit Card”) Principal Credit Cardmembers during the campaign period. (“Eligible Cardmembers”).
• Eligible Cardmembers who applied for the PB-AIA Credit Card via this “AIA Statement – Lebensstil Pyramid Kettle” campaign will not be eligible for other PB Credit Card Acquisition Offers
• The gift will be delivered to Eligible Cardmember within FOUR (4) to TWELVE (12) weeks after the end of the Gift Qualifying Period and upon fulfilment of all terms and conditions listed.
• The gift will be delivered to Eligible Cardmember’s mailing address within Malaysia only.
• Each Eligible Cardmember is only entitled to ONE (1) unit of gift only throughout the campaign.
• The gift cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or in kind, in part or in full.
• The gift is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstance, Public Bank reserves the right to substitute alternative item of equivalent or greater value.
• The colour of the gift is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstance, Public Bank reserves the right to substitute the colour of gift.
• The fulfilment and delivery of the gift is handled by JCMS ProRewards Sdn Bhd.
• For the purpose of this campaign, “retail transaction” means the purchase of any goods or services (local and overseas) with the use of the Credit Card and may, at Public Bank’s discretion, include any Credit Card transaction as may be determined by Public Bank except for the following transactions but not limited to:
  • a) “Flexipay” AND “Zero Interest Instalment Plan” monthly instalment payment.
  • b) Balance Transfer
  • c) Auto-Debit & Recurring Payments
  • d) Payments for utilities, direct marketing, insurance premiums, government related payments, payment via www.pbebank.com
  • e) Any refund, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transaction
  • f) Cash Advance / Cash Withdrawal, quasi cash, casino transactions, interest payments, late payment fees, finance charges, annual fees, reversals, payment to charity(ies), Goods and Services Tax and any other form of service / miscellaneous fees
• If there is any dispute or non-receipt of the gift, the Eligible Cardmember is required to contact PB Card Customer Service (03-2176 8000) by 31 August 2016 at the latest to request an inquiry. All requests for inquiry will not be entertained after 31 August 2016.
• An Eligible Cardmember whose card account(s) has been suspended, cancelled or terminated during the Campaign period will not be entitled to participate in this campaign, “Lebensstil Pyramid Kettle – AIA Mail Insertion”.
• The Eligible Cardmember is not allowed to transfer or sell his/her right to the gift to any other person.
• The Bank’s records of the application and approval dates will be final and conclusive.
