Terms and Conditions

• Program starts from 1 November 2015 until 31 January 2016 (both dates inclusive).
• The minimum redemption required is RM50 Cash Credit and Cardmembers may redeem in multiples amount of RM50.
• For every multiple of RM50 Cash Credit redeemed, 5,700 BonusLink Points will be deducted from Cardmember’s BonusLink account.
• Cardmembers are required to submit their redemption request at least 7 days prior to their Credit Card Payment Due Date by filling the Redemption Form (available for download on ambank.com.my) and faxing it to +603 2171 3171.
• Redemption request received will be forwarded to BonusLink and is subject to BonusLink’s approval and sufficient BonusLink points in Cardmember’s BonusLink account. AmBank has no approving role in this Program and thus shall not be held responsible in the event the redemption request is rejected.
• Upon approval by BonusLink, AmBank shall credit your Card Account according to the amount of Cash Credit redeemed. There will be a lapse of up to 7 working days between a redemption request made to BonusLink and the crediting of the Cash Credit into your Card Account. As such, AmBank does not represent or warrant that the Cash Credit will be immediately reflected into your Card Account.
• In cases where the Cash Credit credited into your Card Account exceeds your outstanding balance, the surplus amount will be held in a special section of your Card Account. The credit amount will be used to knock off future transaction but there will be no cash refund facility provided.
• Cash Credit redeemed is not exchangeable for cash or cancelled after approval is given.
• AmBank's decisions on all matters pertaining to this Program will be final and binding. No further correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be considered.
